Fellowships in Medicine and Biology
The «Swiss Foundation for Medical-Biological Scholarships» (SSMBS) is an independent, private foundation set up in accordance with Article 80 of the Swiss Civil Code, under the patronage of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences (SAS) and with its Headquarters in Basle.Fellowships of the SSMBS are given to advanced researchers. Funding includes personal maintenance, a fixed sum for travel expenses and may include a contribution towards research conference expenses.
