Fonds SAMW for events and publications
The SAMS supports special events through the taking-over of sponsorships or by means of financial contributions. In addition, the SAMS supports publications through financial contributions, provided that they have a thematic reference to activities of the SAMS, and are sold through the book trade (no publications by own publishing house).Applications are to be submitted using the appropriate application form (see below). Please also include:
- letter of reference
- the completed and signed application form
- detailed budget (including pre-allocated revenues from other sources)
- programme of the planned event (if applicable)
- index and short summary of the publication (if applicable)
The applications may be submitted at any time. The maximum time required for processing of the applications is two months. As a rule, the maximum amount granted is CHF 5'000.–. Applications for larger amounts must be approved by the Board of Management of the SAMS.
